STUDIO POLICY
Life can be unpredictable, we totally get that! We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the best service for all our clients,
please take note of our studio policy:
1. Cancellation Notice
We kindly request a minimum of 6 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to 20% of the service fee, charged to your card linked to your account.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment with no means of communication, you will be charged 50% of the service fee to your card linked to your account.

5. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. Please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
6. Outstanding Fees

BONDED JEWELLERY POLICY
1. Cancellation Notice
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for permanent jewellery service cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will forfeit your $50 deposit.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment with no means of communication, you will forfeit your $50 deposit.

7. Bookings
We encourage bookings to be made via the online booking platform. If you are unsure or have any questions please contact us so we can accommodate you. Bookings are required for all permanent jewellery services including rewelding or repairs.
8. Warranty
All bonded jewellery pieces include a 30 day jump ring welding warranty from the date of bonding if your chain comes apart at the weld and: you can provide proof of purchase, have followed all care instructions provided and agreed upon the day of service and are still in possession of the chain. If you have any concerns or issues during this period, please be sure to get in touch with us.
If the welded jump ring has broken or been removed, or you wish to shorten your chain after the 30 day warranty period, a re-welding fee of $30 will incur.
Repairs due to stretching/ pulling are not covered under our warranty. Depending on the condition of your chain, some may not be able to repair. Those that are able to can however be repaired, tightened and/ or re-welded back at a fee. Any faulty items will be inspected by us to determine outcome.
As your jewellery is personalised to you, once the chain is cut to size we strictly do not provide refunds, exchanges and/or change of mind.
Whilst our jewellery are 'permanent' they are not indestructible and should be treated like fine jewellery. We will not be responsible for general wear and tear. Jewellery after care instructions should be followed.
In the event of loss of your jewellery chain, damage or extra length, a full cost will be charged.
All bookings created shows you have acknowledged and accepted our policy and understand the terms and conditions.
